Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter: In a clean mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
  2. Add dry ingredients and butter: Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the wet mixture followed by the melted unsalted butter. Mix well until the batter is smooth and uniform without lumps.
  3. Cook the crepes: Heat a clean pan over medium heat and add a small cube of butter to coat the surface. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of the crepe batter into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook the other side for another 1 minute. Remove the crepe and set aside. Repeat with remaining batter.
