Instructions
- Prepare the Cookies: Lay the fudge stripe cookies flat on a clean surface with the frosted side up.
- Apply Honey: Using a small brush or spoon, spread a thin layer of honey on the center of each cookie. The honey acts as an adhesive to attach the chocolate kisses.
- Attach Chocolate Kisses: Press one unwrapped milk chocolate candy kiss firmly onto the honey-coated spot on each cookie, so it resembles a witch’s pointed hat.
- Decorate the Brims: Use the decorating gel to draw a band or buckle around the base of each chocolate kiss, enhancing the witch hat appearance. Allow the gel to set for a few minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the completed witches’ hats on a serving platter and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to serve.
