- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños (optional for heat)
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package directions (usually with a bit of water).
- Transfer the seasoned beef to a slow cooker.
- Add cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until everything is melted and creamy.
- Top with green onions and jalapeños before serving if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
