Flaky crescent rolls filled with a sweet and nutty pecan pie filling, these Pecan Pie Crescents are the perfect handheld treat for holidays or anytime you crave a quick dessert.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to form the filling.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling inside.
- Place the rolled crescents onto the prepared baking sheet, tip side down.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
- Drizzle with melted chocolate or glaze for extra sweetness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- These can be made ahead and reheated just before serving.
