- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Cook the Beef & Garlic: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up until browned. Stir in minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Liquid & Pasta: Pour in beef broth and milk. Stir well to combine. Add pasta and Italian seasoning, ensuring the pasta is mostly submerged in the liquid. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender.
- Make it Creamy: Reduce heat to low and stir in grated parmesan cheese and butter until melted and the sauce turns creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth to loosen it.
