Description

A quick and easy no-bake cherry cheesecake served in individual cups or as a layered trifle. Perfect for summer desserts, parties, or whenever you want a sweet treat without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press about 2 tablespoons into the bottom of each serving cup or layer evenly in a trifle dish. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crust layer in each cup or over the trifle base. Smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
