Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients, ensuring the pineapple chunks are preferably frozen to give the smoothie a nice chilled texture. Rinse the spinach and mint lightly if needed.
- Add to Blender: Place the pineapple chunks, fresh mint sprig, baby spinach, low-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, flax seeds, cashews, maple syrup, rolled oats, and the ice cube into a blender.
- Blend Smoothly: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Check Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water or milk and pulse again to reach your desired consistency.
