These Mango Passion Fruit Popsicles are the ultimate summer refresher! Packed with tropical flavor and made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re naturally sweet, slightly tangy, and irresistibly creamy. Perfect for cooling off on hot days or as a guilt-free treat anytime.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or from frozen concentrate)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, passion fruit pulp, coconut milk or yogurt (if using), honey or agave, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
- For a swirl effect, blend mango and passion fruit separately, then layer into the molds.
- Use silicone molds for easy release and cleanup.
- Add chopped fruit or shredded coconut for texture.
