Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and drained pimentos.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
