Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Line a mini muffin pan with liners or use a silicone mold.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into each mold, filling about 3/4 full.
- Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Pop out and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temp for 2-3 minutes before eating.
