Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lobster tails (about 4–6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven’s broiler on high and position the rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat, then gently lift the meat over the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned on top. Baste with more garlic butter halfway through for extra flavor.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For more flavor, marinate the lobster tails in the garlic butter for 15 minutes before broiling.
- Watch the lobster carefully under the broiler to avoid overcooking.
- You can double the garlic butter sauce for dipping on the side.
