Instructions
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in the marshmallows so they are fully coated with butter, then microwave on high for one minute or until the marshmallows are melted.
- Combine Cereal and Mix-ins: Quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until well blended. Add the mini marshmallows and pastel sprinkles, stirring gently to distribute evenly.
- Form Treats and Add Toppings: Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan to create an even layer. Arrange the marshmallow Peeps bunnies on top of the mixture for a decorative touch.
- Set and Serve: Allow the treats to set at room temperature for 20-30 minutes so they firm up. Once set, slice into 12 squares and serve.
