Description

This refreshing Easter Punch is a fizzy, fruity drink combining raspberry sherbet, tropical punch, and 7UP, garnished with festive Easter-themed toppings for a fun and flavorful holiday beverage. Perfect for celebrations, it’s quick to assemble and a hit with guests of all ages.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart Raspberry Sherbet
  • 45 ounces Tropical Punch (Tampico)
  • 45 ounces 7UP

Optional Garnishes

  • Easter Sprinkles
  • Lemon Slices
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Pink and Yellow Peeps (bunnies and chicks)

Instructions

  1. Add Raspberry Sherbet: Place the raspberry sherbet at the bottom of a 1-gallon pitcher to form a creamy, icy base for the punch.
  2. Pour Tropical Punch: Pour the tropical punch over the sherbet and stir gently until the sherbet is about halfway dissolved, blending the flavors and creating a smooth mixture.
  3. Add 7UP: Carefully pour the 7UP on top of the punch mixture. Stir lightly to combine without losing the carbonation, preserving the fizzy texture.
  4. Garnish: Pour the punch into serving glasses and add a combination (or all) of the optional garnishes such as mini marshmallows, Peeps, Easter sprinkles, or lemon slices to enhance both visual appeal and flavor.
  5. Serve: Insert colorful straws into each glass, serve immediately, and enjoy the festive Easter punch with family and friends.

Notes

  • Storage: Do not store the punch once mixed. Keep the sherbet, soda, and juice separate and refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • Make Ahead: Not recommended, as the soda will flatten and the sherbet texture will degrade.
  • Serving Tips: Add soda just before serving, stir gently to keep carbonation, and keep ingredients cold for best results.
  • Freezing/Reheating: Not applicable for this recipe.
