Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Slice the cookie dough into 12 equal portions and press each portion into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the muffin cups to form a shell.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheesecake is set.
