- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and stir until fully coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
