- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) Old Bay seasoning or seafood seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the bites.
- Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, finely chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Unroll and shape dough: Open the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add the filling: Spoon a generous amount of the crab mixture onto the wider end of each crescent dough triangle.
- Roll crescents: Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end toward the pointed end, enclosing the filling to form bite-sized crescents.
- Bake the bites: Place the prepared crescents in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika for a decorative and flavorful finishing touch. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute imitation crab with fresh or canned crab meat depending on availability and preference.
- For an extra crispy texture, brush the crescent dough with melted butter before baking.
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing and a smoother filling.
- Adjust Old Bay seasoning according to taste for more or less seafood spice.
- These bites can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving for convenience.
