Instructions

  1. Prepare the bacon and chicken: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then chop into pieces. In the same skillet, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and cook the chicken breast seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until fully cooked and golden brown. Let the chicken cool and then dice it.
  2. Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked bacon, diced chicken, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 2 cups shredded mozzarella, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Mix well to evenly combine all ingredients.
  3. Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle about 12×14 inches. Spread the filling mixture evenly over one half of the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
