- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: powdered sugar and extra chips for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon the filling into the pre-baked pie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm and set.
- Before serving, garnish with powdered sugar and extra chocolate chips if desired.
