- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and pour in the egg mixture.
- Gently scramble the eggs until they’re just set. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese until evenly combined and cheese is slightly melted.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave or a dry skillet for easier rolling.
- Spoon the egg mixture evenly into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Serve immediately, or wrap in foil and refrigerate or freeze for later.
