Description
This Caramel Apple Fudge combines creamy white chocolate fudge with sweet apple flavor and gooey caramel swirls for a decadent, fall-inspired treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 packet (3.4 oz) instant apple-flavored pudding mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apples
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the white chocolate chips and pudding mix, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and chopped dried apples.
- Pour half the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, drizzle with caramel sauce, then pour the remaining fudge mixture on top. Swirl additional caramel on top with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Cut into squares and drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired before serving.
Notes
- You can use fresh apple pieces, but ensure they are finely chopped and dried with a paper towel to avoid excess moisture.
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
