- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest, then slice.
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat.
- Top with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

- Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Add sautéed bell peppers or spinach for extra veggies.
- Use half-and-half instead of cream for a lighter sauce.
- Reserve some pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.
