Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box (18-20 oz) brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water. Stir until well combined and a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Do not overbake to maintain a fudgy center.
- You can add nuts, caramel bits, or white chocolate chips for variety.
- Chilling the dough for 15 minutes before baking helps keep the cookies thick.
