  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and/or ketchup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F to ensure the burgers cook evenly once placed inside.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and steak sauce. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly blended.
  3. Form Patties: Shape the beef mixture into burger patties slightly larger than your buns to account for shrinkage during cooking. Place them in the air fryer basket, optionally on aluminum foil for easier cleanup.
  4. Cook Patties: Air fry the patties at 380°F for 6 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness, using a meat thermometer if needed.
