  • 1½ cups BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays brand)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Coat Sausage: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage pieces with the BBQ sauce, stirring until each piece is fully coated with sauce.
  3. Arrange in Dish: Spread the BBQ-coated sausage pieces evenly into the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Stir the sausage pieces every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking and to help the BBQ sauce reduce and become bubbly.
